Lost in the “busyness” of business or the bustle of work and life, it’s easy (especially this time of year) to forget who makes it all happen —

YOU. After all, just imagine where you’d be without you….

Pictured: You — without you.

YOU do the lion’s share of the work. YOU are the glue that keeps it all together.
And, if you’re really lucky — YOU might move your life goals forward, too.

That’s a lot of BOLD, ITALIC “YOU’s”— (and pressure, too!).

For a few, this works out and 2011 has been another banner year. You’re thinner. Richer. Happier. Have the dream career and 2.5 kids (statistically speaking). Congratulations. Well played one-percenters. Well played.

On the other hand, if you’re among the other 99%, and your goals seemed to slip away, again — with the majority of your New Year’s resolutions dying back in early February. Well then -

- perhaps it’s time for a little professional help —

But not that type of professional help…

… or, perhaps you just need a FRESH START.

As luck (and this cleverly written segue) would have it, KyoseiCoaching.com just happens to be offering the fresh start you might be looking for, introducing the:

Fresh Start - Ultimate Strategic Planning Package

(or FSUSPP for you acronyms lovers. LOL)

The perfect gift for the individual who wants to ensure 2012 is filled with positive, repeatable progress in life, work or business, the Fresh Start Ultimate Strategic Planning Package can be used to:

Achieve clarity on long-term vision, goals and priorities, allowing you to hone in on that which really matters.

Refine key short-term priorities and milestones for 2012 helping you succeed faster.

Summarize ‘left-over’ priorities from 2011 and achieve an understanding of the bottlenecks and speed bumps that got in your way – so next year’s your best year yet!

Free yourself to organize and focus your available time and resources better – so you can spend less, make more, and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Learn a systematic way to confidently make decisions when facing the daunting ‘knowns’ or terrifying ‘unknowns’ that once paralyzed you.

Gain a renewed sense of focus, commitment and excitement for the rest of the coming year and for (potentially) years to come!

Using techniques and strategic planning experience we’ve perfected over the last 15 years working with companies large and small, Kyosei can PERSONALLY help you get on track sooner and more systematically – exactly the way larger companies do it. Now there’s no magic to this, it simply works — BECAUSE —

“You can’t solve a problem by using the same kind of thinking that created it.”

-Albert Einstein

Wikimedia

Not a Kyosei client, but still a very wise man.

To paraphrase our visual aid, Albert Einstein, the mistake we all make when problem solving alone is unwittingly limiting ourselves to ‘thinking from inside the box.’ That is, for better or worse, we color our perception of our situation with such things as past experiences, limiting beliefs, values and societal influencers… And it’s for that very reason, choosing to do your strategic planning by yourself can make for a hard battle. Not impossible – but unnecessarily difficult (when there’s an easier option!).

In recognition of this, we designed the Fresh Start Ultimate Strategic Planning Package to rapidly help you achieve breakthroughs by including:

A Fresh Start Tool to help you immediately gain clarity on goals, priorities, barriers, and resources.

1 x 60 minute session to finish big, we work with you summarizing 2011, clarifying goals and priorities, identifying barriers, and creating strategies and solid action plans to complete goals in the next few months.

1 x 2 hour session focused on reviewing successes and challenges from 2011 and translating these into focused goals, priorities, strategies and action plans for each quarter of 2012.

1 x 60 minute follow-up session within one month of the strategic planning session, fine-tuning your strategic plan and ensuring you stay on track.
for implementation

A recent article in The Japan Times suggested that Japanese people in their 20s and 30s are delaying marriage and family due to income concerns. I got married when I was 39 and had my first child at 41. I didn’t plan to get married and have kids so “late” and income (or lack thereof) definitely was not a factor in my delayed timeline, so I can’t help but think that young people who delay marriage and family might be influenced more by reasons similar to my own.
