Thriving On Change

There are many different theories and models of change. Some models take a proactive approach to change. Some take a more reactive approach. Some work best when change is unexpected or out of the control of the individuals involved. Some are designed specifically to initiate positive growth in individuals or organizations. The Kyosei approach to change offers the flexibility to deal with all of these alternatives.
