Need remote support ON YOUR COMPUTER for a new piece of software, web product or service we introduced you to? You’ve come to right place! Here’s what you need to do:
1. Contact us to schedule a remote support session by email, using our contact form or by calling our office at 604-692-0888 (leave a message).
2. When we’ve confirmed your support request and set a mutually agreeable support time with you, WE’LL CALL YOU at that time and provide a unique Session ID that you’ll type in below (when we direct you to do so). Your browser will then act as the support link for us to remotely see and control your machine whether it’s a Mac, PC or Linux – and without you needing to install any software on your desktop.
Your remote support session will begin just as soon as we grab our coffee and a headset!
